1. Orders

Orders are accepted during listed hours. We may cancel for out-of-stock items with full refund.

  1. Order is confirmed when payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation number.
  2. Edits are allowed within 5 minutes of placing the order if preparation has not started.
  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject suspicious or bulk orders.

2. Refunds

Issues reported within 24 hours qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.

  1. Quality issues must be documented with clear photos at time of delivery.
  2. Partial refunds may be issued for missing items or delayed delivery beyond 60 minutes.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse our service or interfere with operations.

  1. No fraudulent chargebacks or false reports.
  2. No automated scraping or denial-of-service activities.
  3. Respect delivery partners and provide accurate address details.

4. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

  1. We store minimal personal data required to fulfill your order.
  2. You may request deletion of your account data where applicable by law.
  3. We use necessary cookies for operations; analytics cookies require consent.

5. Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

  1. We deliver within designated service zones displayed at checkout.
  2. If you are unreachable for 10 minutes upon arrival, the order may be canceled with no refund.
  3. Please check the order upon delivery; issues should be raised immediately.

6. Payment

We accept major UPI, cards, and COD where available.

  1. All prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  2. For COD orders above threshold limits, identity verification may be requested.
  3. Chargebacks initiated without grounds may result in account restrictions.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

  1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Allergen information is available upon request; please notify us of any allergies before ordering.
  3. Products should be consumed promptly; we are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
