1. Orders
Orders are accepted during listed hours. We may cancel for out-of-stock items with full refund.
- Order is confirmed when payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation number.
- Edits are allowed within 5 minutes of placing the order if preparation has not started.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject suspicious or bulk orders.
2. Refunds
Issues reported within 24 hours qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Quality issues must be documented with clear photos at time of delivery.
- Partial refunds may be issued for missing items or delayed delivery beyond 60 minutes.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our service or interfere with operations.
- No fraudulent chargebacks or false reports.
- No automated scraping or denial-of-service activities.
- Respect delivery partners and provide accurate address details.
4. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- We store minimal personal data required to fulfill your order.
- You may request deletion of your account data where applicable by law.
- We use necessary cookies for operations; analytics cookies require consent.
5. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
- We deliver within designated service zones displayed at checkout.
- If you are unreachable for 10 minutes upon arrival, the order may be canceled with no refund.
- Please check the order upon delivery; issues should be raised immediately.
6. Payment
We accept major UPI, cards, and COD where available.
- All prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- For COD orders above threshold limits, identity verification may be requested.
- Chargebacks initiated without grounds may result in account restrictions.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Allergen information is available upon request; please notify us of any allergies before ordering.
- Products should be consumed promptly; we are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
